By engaging with Webzio for your digital product development, you agree to the frameworks and policies outlined below.
Domain Names & Assets
Procurement
Domains are not included in development costs. They are billed as additional expenses at market rates.
Ownership
Clients retain 100% ownership rights of any domain purchased on their behalf upon full payment clearance.
Hosting
Renewals are annual. Static site packages include a free subdomain (e.g. project.netlify.app).
Financial Structure
Payment Schedule

Deposit Required 50% non-refundable advance to commence work.

Final Balance Due upon completion, prior to live deployment or file handover.
Pricing Rules
Estimates are fixed based on the initial proposal scope. Additional features are billed separately.
Development & Revisions
Revisions
Includes 2 rounds of feedback. Changes after layout approval or mock-up finalization are billed hourly.
Timelines
Deadlines shift if content is delayed. "Ghosting" for >14 days pauses the project and may incur restart fees.
Legal & Liability

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable once work begins. Rejection of final work without valid technical cause does not void the obligation to pay the full balance.

By proceeding with the initial deposit payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
